Total Ability is extremely proud to announce that our Business Relations Manager, Frankie Britt, has been recognised for her work, winning the 2025 ATSA Award for AT Product Consultant of the Year.

Frankie has been working with Total Ability for six years and in that time has been passionately educating and advocating to the vehicle modifications sector about assistive technology enabling more and more people to use driving controls and vehicle access equipment.

Frankie embodies our company ethos and mission to help get people on the road to discover their love to drive, whether they use Total Ability equipment or not, as we recognise the huge impact the independence gained gives to people with disability or limited mobility.

To do that, Frankie has developed incredible product knowledge about the equipment available, and a fantastic ability to impart that knowledge to others.

That usually means talking with Driver Trained Occupational Therapists (DTOTs), Specialist Driving Instructors and equipment installers, but Frankie also works with ‘end users’, taking time to understand their individual circumstances so that she can refer them to the right professionals to ensure a positive outcome.

Working side-by-side with Frankie every day is a privilege for all of us at Total Ability, and we can enthusiastically confirm that this award is hugely deserved.

ATSA is the peak body for the Assistive Technology Suppliers of Australia, formed to highlight the important role assistive technology plays for people with disability and seniors to increase their independence, engagement and inclusiveness in society and community life.

Since 2022, these annual awards have recognised people and companies working in the assistive technology space to highlight their contributions to the sector.

This is Total Ability’s fourth award in the past two years, having won in 2024 the Supplier of the Year and the Commitment to Excellence awards, as well seeing the prestigious Industry Person of the Year awarded to Total Ability CEO and founder Paul Crake.

We’re humbled by this recognition, and it gives us renewed energy and passion to continue helping people achieve their love to drive.
